ITEC-certified and professionally trained in Ireland, she has undertaken extensive continuing professional development overseas, with advanced training in manual therapy, sports massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and osteopathic manipulation techniques.

Her approach combines clinical reasoning, biomechanics, and hands-on treatment to help clients reduce pain, restore movement, recover from injury, and improve physical performance.

With a particular interest in pain science and human movement, she focuses on identifying and treating the underlying causes of muscular dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms. Many clients report that the treatment feels different from previous massage experiences due to its focus on assessment, movement, and addressing factors that may be contributing to pain and dysfunction.

She regularly works with individuals experiencing persistent pain, mobility restrictions, and complex muscular issues, helping them achieve improvements in movement, function, and quality of life.

She also works with athletes and physically active individuals, offering both performance-focused treatments and recovery sessions designed to optimise movement, accelerate recovery, and reduce injury risk.

Irena has trained in Germany as a bodywork and movement specialist with deep roots in dance, somatics, and massage therapy.

Her signature treatments blend flowing strokes, targeted pressure to release tension, calm the nervous system, and speed recovery.

Zoë is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the United States, meaning she has completed accredited training and met state requirements for professional practice.

​

After graduating from an 800-hour massage program at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon in 2021, she traveled to Maui, Hawaiʻi to study traditional Hawaiian massage. She lived and trained there for several years, deepening her expertise in Lomi Lomi.

Zoë specializes in Lomi Lomi and hot stone massage, offering sessions that range from deeply relaxing and intuitive to focused deep tissue work. She welcomes clients of all backgrounds and is dedicated to helping each person feel supported, balanced, and at home in their body.
